Excellent! I just raised our prices this spring roughly 10% and only lost
2 customers out of roughly 100. I doubt either of the two I lost was even
due to the price increase. This is also the first year we have had a
    marketing campaign. (ABC LawnWorks, Inc)

hi thanks for another round of great videos I am only really just getting
things up and running so I am still in my full time job but what i have
been doing is once i have watched your videos on here I save them to my
phone then watch them in my breaks and that sets me up and gets me
motivated so as soon as I clock off im either straight out quoting or out
and about with flyers, even over here in the uk your advice pays off and I
believe that is credit to you and the way you relay your info in your
videos so thanks again for giving up your time to share your advice

I love when you start to rant, you should just go with it sometime and see
how long your video will be! Keep up the good work!

Awesome video keith! I was wondering if you could talk a little bit about
business structures and what structure you feel works best for smaller
landscape companies. I’m wondering if I should keep my llc taxed as llc or
s corp. I have a ton of questions about taxes and no one to talk to about
    them. Lol thanks!

I know at some point if you have not already are going to get burned out
from doing these videos. But man like you say you talk about things that
are not on the other channels. Like how to price, and explaining pricing
concepts in detail(can’t wait for more window advice). How to deal with
customers in detail etc. I guess what I’m saying man is I’m learning a hell
of a lot from your videos and want to say thanks. I’m a true bucket Bob
right now and doing my best to change that title. So whatever you do don’t
stop making the videos. I/we need you brother.

Real talk. The irony in business building is very prevalent and very
    dynamic.

I was just looking back at your oldest videos. When I was like, man this
guys full of him self! But my dude you have proved me wrong and then some.
Look how far you’ve come in such a short amount of time. At this rate you
    will make a g a day in no time and say that’s chump change, I need 2 g’s a
day. But please make sure u keep your home life always priority #1
    otherwise what’s the point!
You can make 10g’s a day. If u don’t have your better half beside you,
would u be happy? I know many in that position and I know u do as well. Now
    get it done homie!!!☺️

Good shit man. Funny cuz I have been feeling overwhelmed this spring, and
its nice to relate to a fellow business owner. Sometimes it’s hard cuz I
feel like EVERYONE around me has that employee mindset and I’m the fucking
crazy person. Thankyou for taking the time out to make these videos. I
    appreciate it bro
