STRs like Airbnb are wrecking neighborhoods, neighbour relations,
communities, residential safety and ambience, but why should this bother
you? You are, host, just in it for the money or, guest, a customer. The
long term local environment is not your concern. Airbnb is an assault on
adjacent properties and their occupant’s goodwill. This goodwill, of
course, will grind to a halt. Forcing hotel setup on people’s doorstep =
comings and goings at all hours, party time everyday, constant
stranger anxiety, safety issues, area crime, and so on.

you are one classy person. I love the sound of your voice. Real elegance.
And you know I’ve never done the air B&B thing yet, but maybe one day I
might try it. It has its pros and cons. It’s an adventure.
